Here are answers to the questions I hear most from new and prospective clients. Don't see yours? Call or text me at (818) 943-5304 or send a message.
My one-on-one sessions range from $65 to $90 per 50-minute session, depending on how often you train. A single session is $90, and 4-week blocks bring the per-session rate down to as low as $65. Full details are on my Services & Rates page.
Your first session includes a movement and fitness assessment so I can understand your starting point, training history, any past injuries, and your goals. From there, I build a program around your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all template. You'll also get a full workout, scaled appropriately to your current fitness level. Please complete the client intake form beforehand.
Yes. Beginners are some of my favorite clients to train. You don't need to be in shape before you start. My job is to meet you where you are, teach you proper form from day one, and build your confidence step by step. You'll never be thrown into workouts you're not ready for.
For many clients, training 2–3 times per week provides a good balance of consistency, progression, and recovery. If you're supplementing with your own workouts or working within a budget, 1 session per week can also be effective with a structured plan between sessions. We'll determine the right frequency based on your goals, experience, and schedule.
All sessions are in person at Carbon Fit Lab, 19325 Plum Canyon Rd, Suite E, Santa Clarita, CA 91350, in the Skyline Ranch Plaza. A Carbon Fit Lab membership is required to train at the facility. There's free parking at the plaza. I serve clients from across the Santa Clarita Valley, including Valencia, Saugus, Canyon Country, Newhall, and Stevenson Ranch.
Comfortable athletic wear, water, and a towel. A yoga mat is recommended for floor work and stretching. That's it—all training equipment is provided at the studio.
Some clients notice improvements in energy, movement, mood, or strength within the first few weeks of consistent training. Changes in strength and body composition can occur sooner or take longer depending on your starting point, training frequency, nutrition, recovery, and other lifestyle factors. Results vary by individual, so the focus is on consistent, sustainable progress rather than a fixed timeline.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are forfeited unless due to a verified emergency, and I am contacted as soon as reasonably possible. No-show sessions are forfeited. Full booking and payment policies are listed on the Services & Rates page.
